Welcome back to campus for, what is sure to be, another successful season here at Asbury Park High School. While we seek success on the field, our strategic focus is to also prepare our young men and women for their years beyond the playing fields. Asbury Park Athletic Department is working hard to provide its student-athletes with the life lessons of preparation, teamwork, and dedication. Athletics serves as a teacher who arms student-athletes with traits needed throughout their life no matter their career path.

The New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association, founded in 1918, is a voluntary, non-profit organization made up of 433 accredited public, private and non-public high schools in the state.

Operated by the 501(c)(3) nonprofit Recruiting Education Foundation, Inc., provides a free resource for high school student-athletes and their families to learn about every aspect of athletic recruiting, collegiate academic eligibility, and social responsibility, thereby inspiring increased academic awareness and empowering them to make informed decisions that lead to excellence at the college level, in both sport and the classroom.

The 60 minute Athlete-Parent Webinar is free and available on-demand. It covers many important recruiting topics including: Scholarship Myths and Facts, the NCAA and NAIA Eligibility Centers, NCAA Core Course Requirements, National Letter of Intent, Finding the Right School, and much more.
